Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 12, 2026

1. Introduction

GemHood ("we", "us", "our") operates an on-chain analytics platform for Robinhood Chain. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use gemhood.com and related services (the "Service").

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of data:

  • Public blockchain data — swap transactions, wallet addresses, token transfers, and related on-chain activity from Robinhood Chain. This data is publicly available on the blockchain.
  • Curated wallet lists — wallet addresses, display labels, and category tags (KOL, Smart Money, Whale) that operators add through the admin panel.
  • Market enrichment data — token market cap, liquidity, and pair metadata retrieved from third-party APIs such as DexScreener.
  • Session data — an HTTP-only authentication cookie used to verify admin panel access. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Server logs — standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, payment card details, or cryptocurrency private keys.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Display real-time and historical trade analytics
  • Detect gem convergence and compute trader performance metrics
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Secure admin access and prevent unauthorized use
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party infrastructure and data providers, including Alchemy (on-chain webhooks and RPC), DexScreener (market data), and blockchain explorers. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We only transmit data necessary to operate the Service.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Tracked wallet lists, trade records, and computed metrics are stored in a local database on the server hosting the application. Trade history may be pruned after reaching configured storage limits. Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data, including password-protected admin access and HTTPS encryption in production. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Wallet addresses added to the tracked list can be removed at any time through the admin panel. For other requests, contact the site operator.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Contact

For privacy-related inquiries, please contact the GemHood operator through the channels listed on the main site.
